Heads-up: new address for SMPP

Connecting via SMPP? Our SMPP servers have moved and can be reached at smpp-eu.seven.io right away. If the current IP address is configured on your side, please switch by 15 December 2026 at the latest.

New address for SMPP

Our SMPP servers now run on a new, more resilient infrastructure. Credentials, IP allowlists and settings stay the same.

New connection details

• Hostname: smpp-eu.seven.io
• IP address: 91.98.107.54
• Ports: 2775 (SMPP), 2776 (SMPP over TLS)

What you need to do

• Connecting via smpp0.seven.io, smpp0.sms77.io or smpp.sms77.io? There's nothing to do. We will point these names to the new address on the evening of 17 November 2026, and your SMPP client will reconnect once
• The IP address 195.201.160.143 is configured on your side? Please switch to smpp-eu.seven.io by 15 December 2026 at the latest. From that date on, the old address may be switched off at any time
• Your firewall restricts outgoing connections? Please allow 91.98.107.54 by 17 November

• The TLS certificate is valid for all of these hostnames
